Been processing. Made some venison bacon and some maple sausage (no pic). First chunk non smoked, used fir bacon and some jerky. 2nd chunk smoked, the thinner u can slice it the better i like it.
It's half venison, half pork.I have been eating venison for five decades and have never heard of Venison Bacon. It looks leaner than any turkey bacon that I ever saw.
