Found this one this morning while turkey hunting. Near Sumter SC in a fresh plowed fire break. I've been hunting here for 3 years now and this is the first hint of an artifact I've found.

Found this one this morning while turkey hunting. Near Sumter SC in a fresh plowed fire break. I've been hunting here for 3 years now and this is the first hint of an artifact I've found.

Hard to type that one. I'd just say an Archaic stemmed point, probably at least 3,000 years old. Or possibly much more. Nice find.

That’s an Ellis Island commemorative quarter, roughly seven to eight years old, worth maybe $0.25 in today’s economy.
