Wildgame card reader ?

I bought a wildgame card reader today so that we can use our older trail cams easier . I read the instructions downloaded the app on my phone but it wont read any cards has anyone else run into this ?

Yes, I have one that won't work on my galaxy s20 ultra even though it says it does. Even checked it with the phone compatibility app and it says it works with my phone. I gave up.

I have one, but only use it to read the cards. So far, it's working

I have a generic card reader with a C plug on my S9, no apps needed. I rarely use it. Much easier to have two cards per camera and swap them out.

I haven’t used it, but have had good luck with the moultrie using the iBrary app

I bought a Buck View card reader and have nothing but great success with it. It was cheap so if it goes bad its cheap to replace. Been using it for two years now.
