WMA quota hunts check in

Is there a check in system for WMA hunts? I got drawn for the first Joe Kurz WMA hunt. Never hunted WMAs before. How do they know who was selected and authorized to hunt? Seems impossible to manage with most quota's 100 or more hunters.

I did a state park hunt once and swore I would never do it again lol.

You have to check in for the hunt you were drawn for. You can either do it at the check station or online. They have a computer that they can check to see if you were drawn if you are checked in the field.

Use the button for events. It won't let you sign in until a day or 2 before the hunt.

It ain’t for everybody! Took a few years before I was ever comfortable on the ground during daylight. Be a pumpkin and you’ll probably be fine.
