WMA weekday crowds

Last year it seemed very crowded at Oconee when i was there on the weekends. What is the normal crowd size for the weekdays and morning hunts?

Is there any way to determine the number of people hunting on a WMA on a daily basis?

Depends, I use to hunt there but never had any problems with people on the weekends, if you can try Wednesday-Saturday these next two weekends should be on over there

Don't know about Oconee, but another WMA I frequent, I didn't see anyone during the week in the early season. I haven't been back down there since gun season opened, though, so it may be more crowded.
