Saw the tail end of 1 more on the way out.

I'm probably done for the day.
My hunting partner's pedometer says he walked 3.3 miles total and I went in past him.
Hands froze and old man's back is sore.

I did learn a few vital things about the property.

Night and mid day according to my cams, wind picked up more, limbs started falling, called it at 12. Changed cards in my cams, hit the local sporting goods store, no deer in the fields where there normally loaded on windy days.

Bad slow here too. Zero pics on 16 cell cams after 9 this morning. Wasn’t many on cam before that. Good bit of movement at night.. combination of moon sudden change in temp and the calm before the storm
