What should I give for this:

It's a 5.56 Multi. It'll shoot 223 as well. The Upper and Lower are Palmetto State Armory. The trigger assembly is Geissele Hi Speed National Match, Handguard is Seekins 15" MCSR, compensator is TTI Eliminator, Hand grip is Ergo Tactical Deluxe, Stock is Ergo 8 position Pro Stock, Bolt release is the Bad Lever, Trigger guard is Troy, Buffer Assembly is Ergo, Buffer Spring is Competition Sprinco No Kick, Barrel is PSA with Low Profile mid length gas system, Charging Handle is VLTOR Large arm, Scope is Leupold Mark AR 3x9x40mm with special order 4" sun shade and scope coat.

Not a fan of franken guns so I wouldn't pay more than $700. I would really want to shoot it on paper before I walked away with it.

You can go take a look at Palmetto's website and at least get an idea of what the gun, without all the extras, would go for.

Keep in mind, AR retail prices are starting to calm down a bit. You might be able to find one at a good price from a local retailer, with a warranty.

Sounds like some decent internals. That is a sweet trigger.
