Fried chicken tenders on a hotdog bun with bacon , provolone cheese, and honey-mustard sauce, toasted in the oven to melt the cheese and toast the buns after assembly. These were forevermore good. I will make these more often.

Flour, egg/buttermilk wash, back in the seasoned flour. Then, let them rest in the fridge for about 20 minutes before frying.

Didn’t even know these were a thing-Saw Bonangle’s was marketing them & had no idea it’s a Carolina staple apparently-Like a pizza roll in WV in a way-
