Catfish & Taters

[Silver Britches]

Nothing fancy, but this is one of my favorite things in the world! Catfish, taters, and hunk of onion. That’s all I need. I coat ‘em real good with some Zatarain’s Crispy Cajun Fish Fri, and what’s left over I use to coat my taters with. Mmmmm. Mmmmmmm. Good. All washed down with some Milo’s famous sweet tea. Now if y’all will excuse me, Imma go be worthless for the rest of the day.

Brother, it doesn't get much better than that! We just cleaned, trimmed, and vac-sealed about 20 lbs of catfish fillets last night that I caught over the weekend. That meal is in my future soon.
