every time I pay mine I ask the county where the public boat ramp for Oglethorpe is. They look a little sheepish but still want my money.

How does a 10 year old boat GO UP in value?

Taxman are stupid and greedy. Going to appeal the letter I just got from Houston County. Screw them.

Boats got crazy. I bought a 2005 model in 2012 for $6000.00. Sold it 6 months ago for $9000.00. And I sold it to cheap.

Is this a county or state thing? I've never paid a tax for my boat/trailer other than the tag fee and boat registration. I probably should just shut up now.
