I called Lowe’s to order a cordless blower they don’t have in stock. I wanted to use a gift card towards the purchase and have the item delivered to my home. They couldn’t accept the gift card as payment and there would be a $79 delivery charge but if I come to the store and place the order (a fifty mile round trip) I can apply the gift card and the delivery fee would be waived if the item is shipped to the store. So I have to go to the store and place the order and then return to the store to pick up the item. I want this specific blower because it’s 80v and I already have a battery and charger. I tried placing the order online and the website is extremely slow and every time I tried to complete the order I would get an error message. If not for the fact that I already have a battery for this particular blower I’d just do something else. It shouldn’t be this aggravating to place an order.
