Skills are rusty, but at least the skillets weren't.

My Gypsy sausage. Sometimes with trimmings I end up with a little extra here and there from other animals that don’t make great ground by itself. So I freeze until I get up a good batch.

This has squirrel, frog, turkey, chicken, goat, lamb, deer, and beef with 50% pot belly pig in it. Nothing goes to waste here except the oink on a hog!! Pot belly pigs are perfect for sausage.

That egg is a straight up 100% certified chicken egg.
