Muchos Taquitos

Been craving some taquitos in the worst way, so I made up a big batch last night. Stuffed with pulled smoked chicken, roasted poblanos, red bells, jalapenos, green onions, and sharp cheddar/jack cheese. Plated up with some Mexican rice, guacamole salad, and YHFP's jalapeno queso sauce. Was delicious. I hurted myself.

Bonus track: I baked up a key lime bundt cake for our family Mother's Day get-together this afternoon.
