The pair I just wore out came from there so yeah, I'm gonna do a repeat.

Thank you to all the backup dancers and toe tappers! I was surprised at how well things were looking when I got down there. I had sprayed in early September and then just straightened the disc and scratched the surface after I had broadcast wheat. Then cultipacked and broadcast clovers, turnips and radish.

Mine has all greened up pretty good. I got 1 small clover plot the cover crop failed but the clover is coming along swimmingly.

Going to be an interesting weekend. One model says only .5" in some places, and another model shows 3.5" in the same places by 11 am Sunday. Hard to make plans around this kind of forecast, smh.

Off and on here in the 30341. It's not raining at all in 31822. I should be in a boxblind down there right now.

4.1" in the past 24 hrs up here in n.e. GA at my place. The radio station 20 miles south recorded 3.87". Channel 5 in ATL says we got between 1 and 1.5", but they don't usually get within 8° of accurately telling the current temperature. There's no way they can handle something as complicated as water measurement. It was good to see! The creeks, rivers, and lakes needed it.
