Great film. Nothing like Alaska. Would be cool to hunt there for sure.

Had the chance if I re upped in the Army to be stationed there. Turned it down to stay down south. As the years went by I came to regret it. Watch a lot of shows on Alaska on the discovery channel and ponder what could have been.

Glad I got a chance to live there for 3 years in my early 20's.
Planned on spending my life there but I met a Georgia girl.

Great film. I have been in love with the ideal of Alaska since I watched Dick Proennke " Alone in the Wilderness". When I graduated basic training and they had me fill out that "dream sheet", where you would LIKE to be stationed, I put Alaska. So they sent me to West Germany. My luck.
