Squirrel Hunting at McGraw Ford

Many of the posts in this forum cast McGraw Ford in a negative light both for deer and turkey hunting, but I have seen very little on squirrels.

I have an opportunity to go hunt squirrels at McGraw Ford around sunrise on Jan 6, but I don't want to waste my time, or upset the locals.

Can anyone speak to the suitability of McGraw Ford for some still / stalk squirrel hunting this weekend? Is there an area of the space to avoid, or you suggest?

I've never been to this WMA so I can't help you there. But you might want to post this question in the small game forum. More squirrel hunters will probably see it there.
