Just had a doe come in but she didn’t stay long. Wind is swirling like crazy

Three more does and what appeared to be the biggest button buck in the state. Can’t believe he’s not hard horned. Came by fast no real good look or pics

Just had a flock of turkeys work the next finger over. They were making all kinds of racket. Well still are. No deer since the ones in the dark. Wind was supposed to be strong on my left shoulder but haven’t really had any wind to speak of.

Well just had 2 work behind me. No clear shot. Worked up and over the other side of the ridge.

Just. Noticed There’s a doe bedded 30 yards to my left in the woods . Lil 3 point left and went downwind but never spooked.

coyote came in downwind of me - he was coming - stopped looked up and changed course - darn!

Just had a doe pass through on the next ridge over. Good thing she was at 90 yards or she may have heard me nibbling on this reeses outrageous bar.

Just had 2 sneak in behind me. Didn’t see them until they ran off.

It’s been pretty quiet here for the past hour. Wind is finally starting to pick up a little and blow the right direction. Not sure how much longer I’m going to be in.

Had 2 does and 2 fawns come in to 12 yards straight on. My boy got busted trying to draw back and the target die bolted to 22 yards before he hit draped back. He **** right over her shoulder. Thankful for opportunities and clean misses. Time to go move a stand.

I got out late this morning. I tossed and turned all night so I slept in some.
Out here now in a drainage surrounded by five year old pines. Looks good but thick and could use a few more acorns… I think this spot will be killer in a few weeks.

The doe that was bedded at 30 finally got up and left. Gonna give it 15 more mins then go get breakfast ,

Was watching a spike and little 4 pointer within 10 yards between 8-9 when a couple bigger bucks just outside the property line pulled them away to go play. I'm starting to get a cramp in my neck from looking in the direction they left.
