Anyone see the problem here?

My dad recently acquired a nice Kamado Joe. Last week I walked him through using it to smoke ribs. He cooked a slab solo today. Later he and my mom were out riding on the golf cart and got an alert from their doorbell camera. This is what they saw. FB_IMG_1615770699813.jpg

Yep, he went riding around with his woman, before the fire burned out. You'll learn the fire don't always burn for long. Now what's the question again?

Hmm,, me thinks the bark on those ribs might be a little strong tasting.

tell him he can take them to my brother, with about a gallon of ketchup and it will be just like he likes his steaks !

I like that table and chair set, though. We have the exact same model on the patio.

A kamado with the bottom vent and the lid open is basically a forge or blast furnace. :eek2:
