Good start to the day

Today is my daughter's 8th birthday. She requested birthday cake pancakes and bacon for breakfast so that's just what she got. She's in there wolfing it down right now.

Going to smoke a few racks of ribs this afternoon for her birthday party. First cook on my dad's newly acquired Kamado Joe. Gonna be a good day.
