My cousin went out to the brady ranch about a month or two ago. We fried up some of the cubed axis, and grilled a few steaks the other night - very good stuff!

We had a great time at the Brady Ranch! the guys were nice enough to let me tag along and it was beautiful! The Axis were beautiful with amazing racks, and all the guys had a great time! And Jim is completely right, the meat we got back was incredible!
