I think once they’re weened does usually run off their male offspring to reduce the chance of later being bred by him. I’d say they’re unrelated.

What about her? She’s not Pregnant is she? Kind of looks like it to me. Also, so far no fawns seen this year and I’m pretty sure I see at least one every year even if it’s just a glimpse. Nothing this year in the backyard.

I have the same problem, does and fawns will show in the middle of the day behind my house. Had a young one walking across my yard and driveway into my neighbors yard along the sidewalk a couple of weeks back. The bucks typically come in the middle of the night when I am asleep. Did catch 2 young bucks a couple of days in daylight just before sunup. I was totally shocked. Gonna keep the feeder full.

Pulled one of my trail cams off public land and put it back. Don’t see much more growth but it’s cool he is still around.
