I love okra any way you can fix it, fried is my favorite. Raw okra right off the stalk is good also.

Was at a lunch buffet one day and got a big scoop of boiled okra. The guy eating with me said, that stuff is so nasty they don’t even have to eat it on Fear Factor! . For those that may not know, Fear Factor was a show where people often had to eat disgusting things. I never watched it but knew about it.

I like okra fried, pickled, grilled, roasted, stewed with tomatoes and sausage, in gumbo, fried with green tomato chunks, okra fritters, and boiled, more or less in that order from first to last.
