I keep em in bulk at the farm for any time the temp drops into the mid 30's or below. 1 pair of wool socks over a liner and one of these on top of each sock. You will be a happy, happy hunter!

Toe warmers like others have suggested. I generally don’t get cold, but I’m in south ga where it’s tolerable most of the year unless the wind is blowing hard.
When my boys were smaller I kept them in a box stand with a buddy heater and a sleeping bag. That thing will make you sweat.
