True racism is the small minority of white football players.

The NFL should be forced to hire more white players.

I'm going to sue!

This right here. I always hear the same argument from affirmative action supporters. They will spout the statistics that 80% of this whatever city is black so 80% of high level employees should be black. Flores said that 73% of the NFL is black, whereas 65-70 % of the US is white. So the NFL should be 65% white, so the white players need to sue to make it more equitable for white people. When they argue that only the best of the best players should get that chances, then you say only the best of the best coaches should be coaching in the NFL.

Then, these same two were blah blahing about there are 0 black NFL owners  Well, save you up a couple billion and go buy a team!

It may take a minute but rest assured its coming. The first black billionaire in the United States according to Forbes was Robert Smith in 2001. There are now 7 black billionaires in the United States. in 2001 there were 272 total billionaires of all races in the US and in 2021 there were 724. The rate of growth among black billionaires in the United States is 2.67 times faster than that of billionaires in general. Given that about 3/4ths of the 724 total billionaires in the US inherited their wealth while nary a one of the 7 black billionaires in the US did so it is conceivable that the rate of growth of extremely wealthy black Americans will outpace that of all other races. Pretty remarkable given that it only took 37 years after state sponsored discrimination based on race became somewhat illegal in the United States.

15% of NFL owners inherited the franchise.

The NFL allows the Green Bay Packers to operate as a non-profit publicly held corporation but does not allow any other franchises to operate as such. Why? Who knows...but no one can argue with the success of the Packers. While there absolutely aren't a lot of black billionaires it'd be pretty easy to imagine the pretty quick purchase of 300K shares of stock at $500 each....The Packers don't have any issues doing it in a city of 320K people....
