Great Public Land Hunt

Well, I tagged out on my WMA hunt this afternoon with a 2nd doe (3 years old, 96lb). It was a great hunt, I seen deer every sit, but no shooter bucks (seen 5) as Ft.Perry is under Quality Buck regs ( 4 points on each side 1 in. long or 15 in. spread).

It was a great 2 days, as of 630 pm when I check my doe in only 6 deer had been killed and checked.

Yes!

Its the ticket, nothing like hunting OTG! It makes you more aware of setup and concealment than hunting out of a climber.

Going to Piedmont in 2 weeks to give it another workout.

I was at hunting Chattahoochee Fall Line WMA quota hunt. 2 deer quota per hunter.
State tagged them for me, so now I will not use any of my 10 doe tags.
