Seen my first hummingbirds just now. They kept flying back and forth from a big cedar tree to the chains where the feeders are usually kept.

It's usually the 16th like clockwork here but with the early warm weather they may show earlier here. Need to get the feeders out I recon.

My wife just had her first show up! Bless her heart she's getting feeders set up on the deck. Here goes a few hundred pounds of sugar this year. Lol

I saw 2 this past week the Ruby Throated birds so they have arrived here on the NC coast. We keep our feeders up year round due to the Rufus Hummers wintering over in our area. The Rufus birds left for their summer grounds close to 3 weeks ago.

I love the way they can hover perfectly still in place. A Blackhawk copter has nothing on these birds.

Saw the first one yesterday up here on this mountain. I'm surprised that they are up here already, nothing is blooming that I can see, there are hardly any leaves on some of the trees. Wife put the feeders out, now seeing more than one!

I've had feeders out in south east Paulding Co for about 2 weeks now. I haven't noticed any hummingbirds so far.

I've had some in bloom for a few weeks and some still in bud.
This weekend of 80+ they should be popping.

Having my coffee before getting ready for Easter service and just saw my first Hummingbird of the year! Felt pretty energized!

I haven't seen another since, and none seem to have been at the feeder. Must have just passed through and moved on.
