Wife had a PLIF back surgery a little over 2 weeks ago. This is the first day our lacy dog has been able to sit with her (their EVERY morning routine) after the morning coffee. The poor dog is so OCD it’s really been bothering her. I dont think you could have pulled her out of this chair this morning with a bulldozer she was so happy to be having her mommy time.
Wife says excuse the no makeup, no sleep medicated look lol

Still Laboring on Labor Day!
Todays project completed. Baseboards being shipped to finish it all up.
On to the hallway flooring in the meantime! Ought to be fun with 7 doorways & a hallway entryway to cut around!

Lunch was served to us at a base camp Florida Dept of Emergency Mgmt has set up.

It was delicious.

No picture but earlier this week i posted picture of my new cooker . Well I flat ruined two racks of ribs . They cooked much quicker that I expected . Looked good but so soft you couldn't cut them . Pull off bone is an understatement.
Part of learning a new cooker .Oh Well

Spent the weekend at the Lake. Things didn’t usually settle down until about 6:30 every evening & the kids were itching to be pulled on the tubes. Too much traffic to fish..so we cooked some good meals,drank some good dranks..and had family
Over. Honestly,I was just thankful for the cooler temps & low humidity
