Just bought a bunch of meal worms to take trout fishing next week? Do they need to be kept refrigerated?

Just bought a bunch of meal worms to take trout fishing next week? Do they need to be kept refrigerated?

Take you some of them fresh corncobs you’re gonna have and put some of those meal worms in the box with the cobs. Put it in a dark corner for a few days,you’ll have a lot more than you did.

We used to keep a big cardboard drum full of meal worms in the pack house ...change out the meal every so often ...

I can't believe the "Rascal" hasn't chimed in on this one, he kept a bunch of plastic drawers full of them in his spare bathroom for ever.
