I've got to making up those hash rounds and hash brown patties and freezing them. Much better than storebought. Makes good tater tots, too.

Which brand or local shop did you get the scrapple at?

Best is thin cut, never frozen and cooked crispy! I think you just flinged a flung ! Gonna have to pick up a brick. Only thing, locally there is no fresh. It’s all frozen jones brand. But good enough for the occasional scrapple fix… like this week
