Thanks to Hank for a set of knives that are just exactly like I wanted. Like’m with a dark handle.
Canadian skinner has stabilized Turkish walnut with a blade made with 8670 CS.
Bird and trout has stabilized Kingwood with a blade made with 8670 CS.

I haven’t use the skinner but the bird and trout plenty sharp for the squirrels I’ve use it on.
