Need some advice on my new feeder project

I always want to try things different and eventhough it’s fun it seems it always looks better on paper. I had this 30 gallon feeder barrel laying around and I also had this winch bracket so I tried something lol. I bolted it to the barrel with intentions of mounting it on a tree. The bracket is only rated at 250# so I would only use about 150# of corn or so. It seems to work pretty good but then again it’s empty. It has some wobble but not an awful amount. It will be fine as long as a bear don’t want it. What are some ideas you have to stable it a little better and sturdy it up? I don’t have a way to weld so….

I thought about putting an eye bolt where the big bolts are at the top of the barrel on each side. Then screw an eye bolt on each side of the tree and attach them both with a chain and turn buckle. That should also take some pressure off the bolts.

Wood block between barrel and tree with a ratchet strap around both should snug it up. I'd seal over those bolts that go through the barrel with something. I've had rain get through the bolts in my feeders and it ain't pretty, stinks to high heaven.
