I had a 637 for a good minute that got traded to a good buddy for his wife. I used the $8.50 Wolff Spring kit in mine and changed the grip to the Hogue. Surprisingly it shot very well. I have always balanced a coin on the front sight to help improve trigger pull. Might try to pick up another one
