Thawed out a pack of Alaskan cod. Fried that up and served with some homemade slaw and tater salad. That cod is incredible fried but wouldn’t give a nickel for it cooked any other way that I’ve tried.
We love cod sprinkled with lemon pepper, and topped with a pat or two of butter per piece and a little lemon juice, baked at 375 for about 18 minutes.I've heard poached in butter is good, but I've never tried it.
