Been a while since I had lamb, looks great
The first time that any of us had ever had lamb was yesterday on Easter. My step mother made chops as an appetizer and they were very good. She had 9 more that she didn't make and sent them home with us. I marinated them in a butter, rosemary, brown mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, Montreal seasoning and McCormick steak seasoning and fried them for 3 mins per side.

Love chops, smoked a leg of lamb in NC, it was delicious. Some say it goes great with mint jelly, never tried that
