Taking the boat and the son in law out for the first trip in a year.

Figuring on putting in at either Yellow Jacket or Highland and looking for bass and crappie.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would put in at Clark Access and troll jig spinners with a 2" chartreuse curly tail grub, starting right from the ramp.

Was at my camper on Wedowee this morning . Didn't have boat wouldn't have put it in if I had . Being retired gives me the option of not fishing these kind of days . Used to have to fish when I could no matter conditions . It's shaking my house as I sit here .

When the house is shakin' it's way too windy to fish!
Hope you're enjoying retirement.
