What a Beautiful,calm evening.Glad to see these kids getting out.! Sitting on the corner of a big Clearcut,foodplots in each direction..swamp on each side..and it’s thick. 2nd time I’ve hunted here this year. Maybe today is it

Small doe just came into plot. Not a baby, but not very big.

Deer running and blowing all around in the pines behind the plot. I’ve witnessed does blow at bucks harassing them. If that’s not what’s going on I’m not sure what it is blowing at. Wind is good

Neighbors have begun showing off the contents of their gun safe to their thanksgiving guest. Not stop shooting for the past hour.

Small doe has fed all over the plot and has made her way back to the corn feeder.

She just heard something breaking some limbs behind her. Assuming it’s deer because she looked that way and walked out of the plot straight towards it.

Finally saw a deer after an all day sit. Big bodied buck with a wide 6pt rack came out of the bedding thicket across the draw about 80yds away. I’m bowhunting so no shot and he didn’t come this way, but still happy to see him.

When I say the spike is tiny, one spike looks like a Hershey Kiss, the other side is 2” long.
