Me and My Son tromped several miles of The Okefenokee this morning trying to walk up some hogs.
We absolutely struck out, but a funny thing happened on the way back to the truck. We were walking in the ditch alongside US1 South, when a panel truck pulled over and an excited young man wanted to take a picture...OF US!!
He said that besides truckin' he was a photographer, always looking for something cool, and MAN, WE WERE IT!!!
Guess this was our 15 minutes...
He also sent me some other shots he had taken close by. I think these are cooler than us, but what do I know...
You just never know...When he stopped his truck, I was sure he needed directions or something..
