First off, I don't have this ammo, and I have nothing to gain from this.
I just know where 5 or 6 boxes is, for $29 each. And I would like for someone with a rifle to have it.
Now, the story...
About 20 years ago, I had my gun dealer buddy order me in a Steyr Scout rifle in the .376.
In hand, and in use I just didn't really like it. That integral bipod thingies was wonky as all get out, and ammo was always a problem. I ended up trading it away and didn't look back.
Well, the other day I walked in that same store and there is a pile of .376 ammo, and the lady at the store said it's been here since she was a kid...
I figure that the old owner had stocked that ammo for me, and I told the lady so. I also told her I would try to move it for her.
If anybody can use it, or get it to someone who will, I'll tell ya where it is.
The rest is up to y'all.
