My boy got it done this morning!!

As we were driving to the stand this morning my son looks at me and say “ dad I got a good feeling about today “ and boy was it!! We got in the stand about 530 this morning and at day break we instantly had deer coming out. 2 does followed by a really nice 8 point that my son decided to pass. Then at about 8 o’clock we had 5 big does walk out into our little field and about 2 minutes later this guy walks out about 80 yards and the stand instantly starts shaking. I told him to just calm down and breathe and when the buck turned broadside I told him whenever he’s ready, then… BOOM he made a great shot and the deer ran about 40 yards. Nice 11 point. Tears were shed and a lot of hugs and high fives. Great memories made today with my son.
