All you have to do here to get a permanent patch of white clover that will last the rest of your life is to plant some lawn grass and wait a year. You don't even have to buy clover seed.

I have durana plots on my Emanuel county farm...they are fine in the late fall/winter/spring but you will need to feed the deer something else when the heat of summer hits....plot pictured is full of durana and feeds the turkey and deer regularly this time of year.I'm looking to plant a 1/2 plot in a perennial clover, either Duranna or Ladino. I'm in planting zone 8b near Swainsboro, Ga. My question is will these clovers do well in my area or will the summer heat be a limiting factor?
Thanks
