I was in the parking lot maintenance business then and every business was closed on Sunday , even K Mart . Also did some of the first Drive Thru's , they were at Hardee's , also believe they were the first major fast food chain with breakfast .
No football games on thanksgiving either. Don’t want them folks working the stadium !
And all them cops working the parades. EMT there and many more.
I just hope the vehicles that the floats are made of are battery powered.

Just for kicks.....why not close the liquor stores nationwide on the weeks that Christmas & Thanksgiving fall on.

Had a young lady want to see my receipt this week. I handed it to her and walked on out. You should have seen her face standing there with my receipt in her hand not knowing what to do.
