As cautious as the buck I’m after was on Friday before I shot at him, I doubt he will make it in range without spooking this evening.

Herd of does crossed a cut milo field 250 to 300 yards out. No buck with them.

Late posting, but shot my target buck this afternoon. Unfortunately, he broke his main beam at one of his G3’s two weeks ago. This is the first deer I ever set out for the first of season, patterned, and had a chance at, so that was not going to stop me.
