30 minutes to go!

Oh boy 30 minutes to go until it gets dark. Boy this is going to be soooo awesome. I wonder if all the news stations are setting up cameras to capture it with their special lenses ! Just thinking it might get dark has me soooo emotional I think I might tear up !!!!

We saw nothing in our area of the eclipse not that I was waiting for it.

My Wife and I will never seen another total eclipse of the Sun in our lifetime, and it wasn't suppose to be a total eclipse here on the NC coast. The next one will be in 2045 according to the news yesterday. I would be 99 years old, ain't gonna happen.

dang, I fell asleep before we reached totality last night and even missed sunrise this morning !!! I guess I'll have to wait until tonight to see if it happens again. I'm just soooo excited to see total darkness......

I bet if you were on the backside of the moon you would would be cooked. Wonder how high the temperature would get?
