There was a new state record killed on Eufala this weekend. Don`t know any details other than it was 14 ft 1 3/4 inches long. (I think that`s right)

Yep. Eufala and Seminole have the biggest gators in the state, looks like. The biggest gator I`ve ever seen in my life was, maybe still is, in a big pond in Early County about halfway between those two lakes. And he`s considerable bigger than 14 feet.

Fat, stubby joker ain't he?!

Yep, looks like it's been eating well. Reckon he was feeling territorial chasing that kayak off & not wanting any competition on his turf. Glad they found a willing hunter willing to use his gator tag with all that free available help.

When the deputies explained what was going on, Amerson told them that his friend, Trey Durant, had a tag to kill alligators from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources and that he could help.

She recently posted the photos with the caption: “Not your typical graduation picture.”

My friend Derrek Snelson killed this one yesterday with lethal crew. 14ft 1 and 3/4 inch. Possible tie or new state record. Eufaula. Will probably see more about it soon.

Whatta whopper of a gator. Appreciate the good news. Congrats to the hunters.

My brother and I drew for zone 2 this year. We were blessed to take an awesome 12"7' dinosaur on our 3rd night out. We'll be headed down to fill the other tag in a few weeks, and I can't wait! I've tried to upload a pic but I guess the pic is too large

Perhaps the best illustration I've ever seen that "educated" and "intelligent" are two totally separate and often polar opposite concepts.

Got this 10 footer on Friday the 13th! Not the biggest but my first and I’m proud of him. We had a good time.
