fubo question

I am about to end my fubo tv trial and am having a problem with closed caption. I cant get it to come on. When I try to get it on at settings is says something went wrong and they are working on it. It worked when I first got it but has not for last 5 days. I am happy with it as I can watch the braves an the sports channels. I need CC due to hearing loss. Has anyone else with fubo ha problems with CC?

I’m not that familiar with it but my cousin needs CC and also uses fubo. I texted him because I know he had issues before, his response was - had to enable on the device and not through the fubo app, sometimes enable through the app but make sure to check both places.
