My oldest daughter, Shannon, has been dealing with lots of nausea, dizziness, feeling light headed and tired a lot of the time, for several weeks. Tomorrow we visit a gastro specialist for an endoscopy, praying we can get some definite results. We're tired of seeing our baby feel bad. Thanks guys.
I also had a conversation last night with Byron about this. I know he comes across sometimes as brash, maybe, but I'm here to tell you, he is as genuine as the come. I was almost brought to tears by his response, and I told my wife, that in this archery community, I have some of the best friends that a man can have. I appreciate you all, and thank you in advance for your prayers for Shannon.
The results of the endoscopy were fine. The aftermath not so much. Shannon didn't do well coming out of the anesthesia, had a hard time waking up. When she finally started coming around, we noticed she wasn't using her right arm. They sent us to Rockdale Medical for a ct scan, the results of that were good. Then an MRI, results in the morning. So, she is in the hospital for the night, still lots of difficulty moving her right arm and leg. I left her and mama there to come home and take care of the dog, and our other daughter. It's hard to walk out and leave a child in the hospital. Hopefully she will continue to improve, and she will regain full use of her arm and leg. Thank you for your prayers guys....
