We finally started getting some but everything but trees had already died or been hurt bad.

Now we hardly have any ground cover and these heavy rains are washing everything away and silting up the rivers and creeks.

Today there a fine mist of a rain some of the day. So light that it did not show up on the weather radar while it was raining. I don't know the science behind that, and this is the first time I ever saw it "rain" but not show up on the weather radar.
