When are you able to scout a wma before a quota hunt? Got drawn for a first hunt and was wondering when the wma would be open to scout. Thanks in advance!

To the best of my knowledge, you could walk out there right now and scout. If it's not illegal to walk a WMA, it's not illegal to scout it. When in question tho, call a game warden.
