2023 TURKEY CHALLENGE 1st place Team
Thanks to @HarryO45 , tried frying canned venison...all I can say it was a hit here with my wife and granddaughter.

Used egg mixture then flour/corn starch, fried it in cast iron (need some work on the breading, but it was crispy on the outside and tender in the center). Made the gravy from the broth from the jar and corn starch.20240419_221206.jpg20240419_213305.jpg
