Trim nailer

I need to buy an air powered nailer that will be used to install baseboards, door trim, and window trim.

I am looking for something that is good quality. My wife will run it too.

What size fasteners should I be using?

What brand would you recommend?

We have a crating dept at work that uses about 2 boxes of nails daily. We try different guns and so far our worst one has been Hitachi. Now that is more nails than anyone except a tradesman would use, so I imagine about any would work for a home owner.

We have 6-7 brands running and you wouldn’t believe which one is oldest. It’s the Bostitch!

A battery powered nailer may be a good option for you.

Thanks for all the replies!

I will go to Home Depot tomorrow and look at what they have. I have a paslode framing nailer that I really like. I also have a few porter cable electric tools that have held up well.

Yes, homeowner use only
